In the Inception Meeting scheduled in Puducherry on 30-31 January 2023, it is proposed to discuss the broad themes of disruptive science as being both innovative and compatible with sustainable change and the relationship between these issues, and to arrive at a consensus on the agenda for the three side event
meetings, which will, in turn, discuss the three focal points.
