Whether it be the cultural dialogue, social placements of science, or scientific governance, societies have developed independently of scientific advancements.
Therefore, connecting science and society has emerged as a crucial vehicle for the global civilisational movement, regardless of its magnitude. A global diplomatic discourse must include cultural diplomacy for science and its promotion through a variety of social engagement projects. It is essential to situate science within a social context, available to public evaluation and scrutiny.
